I’m an award winning professional with 20+ years of professional experience in the areas of User Experience (UX) Research, Design and Strategy.
Academically, I have a Masters in Industrial Engineering - Human Factors from Clemson University.
My key competencies and skills are in the area of leadership, UX and product strategy, user research, UI design, usability testing and building & measuring continuous feedback loops.
I thrive in horizontal roles where I connect the dots between applications and entire programs. I build bridges between product, business and engineering teams and take a long term, strategic view to building digital products.
As a people manager and leader, my responsibilities include hiring, retaining, coaching, growing and reviewing performance of my direct reports. I lead with empathy and accountability and course-correct when necessary.
Personally, I’m a dad to 3 boys and I love to travel especially to places by the water and the beach.
